Important Notes:
The refund amount is calculated on the total booking amount.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to be considered valid.
In case of no-shows or early check-outs, no refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Booking modifications are subject to availability and applicable charges.
